Cancellation Policy – Locaste Arc
At Locaste Arc, we understand that business needs can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both our clients and our team. Please review the following terms carefully before engaging in or terminating any of our services.
1. Service Agreement & Notice Period
For all ongoing services—including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, email campaigns, and website maintenance—we require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for cancellation. This allows us to close out your project properly and ensure a smooth transition.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@locastearc.com with your full name, company name, and reason for cancellation.

Verbal cancellations or requests made through messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS) will not be considered official.
2. Project-Based Services (One-Time Projects)
For one-time services such as website development, logo design, or brand strategy packages:

If the project is canceled before work has started, a full refund will be provided (minus any payment gateway or processing fees).

If the project is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued, based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.

Once the project has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Monthly Marketing Plans / Retainers
For monthly marketing plans:

Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Prepaid fees for ongoing services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Any outstanding invoices must be cleared before cancellation can be processed.
4. Setup Fees and Onboarding Costs
Any one-time setup or onboarding fees (e.g., initial strategy development, keyword research, ad account setup) are non-refundable, as they cover time and resources used at the start of service.
5. No Partial Month Refunds
If a service is canceled mid-month or mid-project, no partial refunds will be issued for unused days unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
6. Suspension or Termination by Locaste Arc
Locaste Arc reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

The client violates the terms of service or engages in unethical or illegal practices.

Payment is not received within the agreed time frame.

The client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more during an active campaign or project.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and Locaste Arc is not liable for any losses or delays incurred.
7. Intellectual Property & Access Post-Cancellation
Upon cancellation:

All paid deliverables completed up to the termination date will be handed over to the client.

Locaste Arc will retain ownership of any unpaid or incomplete work.

Access to client dashboards, analytics, advertising accounts, and third-party tools will be revoked unless otherwise agreed.
8. Refund Processing Time
If eligible for a refund, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless stated otherwise.
9. Changes to This Policy
Locaste Arc reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage clients to review this page periodically to stay informed.
