Terms of SEO Services – Locaste Arc

At Locaste Arc, we strive to deliver professional, ethical, and transparent SEO services. By engaging with our SEO services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Credit and Acknowledgment

Locaste Arc reserves the right to take credit for the SEO efforts and results achieved on any website we optimize.

2. Access Requirements

To deliver effective SEO services, we require full access to your website’s FTP credentials, CMS login, and server analytics data. Without access, service quality may be affected.

3. Algorithm Changes

Search engine algorithms change frequently and are beyond our control. As such, deliverables and results may vary accordingly. Locaste Arc is not liable for any ranking or performance fluctuation caused by such updates.

4. Submission Standards

All SEO submissions by Locaste Arc are carried out on platforms with Domain Authority (DA) equivalent to PR2 and above. Our strategies are updated regularly to reflect changes from major algorithm updates including Google’s Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird.

5. Client Communication

When client input or approval is needed, a response within 2 to 3 business days is expected. Delays in communication may affect project timelines and performance. Locaste Arc will not be held responsible for such delays.

6. Keyword Policy

Keywords are finalized at the start of the project. Any modifications requested afterward are not covered under the original performance agreement and may require additional charges or re-evaluation.

7. Ranking Factors

Search rankings depend on multiple variables including keyword competitiveness, consistent optimization, and ongoing algorithm updates. Results may vary accordingly.

8. Implementation Responsibility

If SEO tags and recommendations are implemented by the client’s internal team, they must be uploaded within 2 to 3 days of receiving our recommendations to maintain performance consistency.

9. Platform Compatibility

Our SEO strategies work best with WordPress and HTML platforms. Please note that platforms like Wix have SEO limitations, and results may differ from expectations.

10. Third-Party Changes

Locaste Arc is not responsible for any changes made by third parties to your website that negatively impact search engine performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Locaste Arc is not liable for loss of profits, business disruption, lost investments, loss of goodwill, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the one-month invoiced value of the SEO service.

12. Intellectual Property

The client confirms that all text, graphics, images, trademarks, or other materials provided to Locaste Arc are either owned by the client or have appropriate permissions. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Locaste Arc harmless from any claims related to content ownership.

13. SEO Overwrites

Locaste Arc is not responsible if the client overwrites or modifies SEO work previously implemented by us.

14. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service with one month’s written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payments covering work completed up to that point.

15. Non-Solicitation Clause

For three years from the start of this agreement, the client agrees not to solicit or hire any current employees or contractors of Locaste Arc, directly or indirectly.

16. No Guarantees

While Locaste Arc is committed to delivering effective SEO services, we do not guarantee specific rankings or performance outcomes due to the evolving nature of search engine algorithms and external factors.

17. Search Engine Policies

Search engines may change their listing policies at any time. Your website may be excluded from listings at the discretion of the search engine. Locaste Arc has no control over these decisions.

18. Fluctuations in Rankings

Occasional changes in search rankings may occur without explanation. In many cases, rankings may return without further SEO intervention.

19. Risk of External Links

Linking to flagged or suspicious websites can negatively impact SEO performance. Locaste Arc is not liable for any issues caused by client-selected backlinks unless previously approved.

20. Taxation

Applicable taxes will be charged on all payments made in INR as per government regulations.

21. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective SEO service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide full access to web traffic analytics and reporting tools.

  • Authorize Locaste Arc to use the client’s name, logo, content, and images for case studies, promotional materials, or SEO reporting purposes, as needed.

22. Policy Revisions

Locaste Arc reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
